Authentic Foods New Pizza Crust Mix makes it simple to bake a freshly hot pizza from your oven in four simple steps. (1) Just add two egg yolks, oil, water, yeast, and mix. (2) Roll the dough into a circular shape and place it on a pizza pan to rise. (3) Then, put the pizza pan in the oven to parbake the dough. (4) Finally, remove from the oven, put on your toppings, bake a little more and serve. With each luscious bite, the crust flavor is like honey whole wheat. This excellent mix is made from superfine brown rice flour with a touch of honey, no preservatives, dairy free, soy free, and US kosher pareve. The Pizza Crust Mix will make 2 eleven inch pizzas or use it to make different savory breadsticks or flatbreads.

Pancakes
Makes about 16 pancakes:
Ingredients:
2 eggs (or 4 egg whites)
1 cup milk or milk substitute
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Authentic Foods Maple Sugar or brown sugar
1 cup of Authentic Foods Pancake & Baking Mix
Directions:
In a medium bowl, beat together eggs, milk, oil and sugar. Gradually stir in the pancake mix until the batter is smooth. Preheat griddle or skillet that has been lightly coated with oil to keep pancakes from sticking. Using a large tablespoon, drop batter to make about 4-inch diameter pancakes. Cook first side until bubbles form and begin to pop and edges look dry. With spatula, turn and cook until second side is golden brown. If desired, serve with syrup, preserves or fruit.
Variations: Add 3/4 cup of chopped fresh fruit, 1/3 cup of dried fruit, 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips, or 1 whole banana mashed with 1/3 cup of walnuts.
