Organic Coconut (Unsulphured)

Sunny - I came across the super cookies in Wholefoods on a Friday and I finished the bag by Sunday! I looooove the coconut and the dates add a wonderful finishing flavor. Great snack!! Keep up the good work..Go Raw!

Phoebe - Love these, and all the super cookies. Just wish they would make them in 1 ounce single-serving bags for those of us who pack school lunches and/or want portion control. Oreos and all the awful processed food manufacturers are doing it now. No reason why healthy live food must be inconvenient...

S.- I'll just admit it - I AM a cookie monster! After going raw and having prepared (and eaten...) many desserts and countless cakes I simply couldn't find any recipe that would satsify my craving for a yummy, crispy cookie. However - I don't have to look anymore! Your cookies are AMAZING! They are crunchy, rich tasting, and sweet without overdoing it....they are PERFECT! Now there's only one problem left: I'll need to buy these in bulk! :-)

Copper - These are great "cookies." I often use them to make other things taste better, eating them with nuts or with Ezekiel cereal. I cannot eat ANY sugar, so it's such a treat to have something healthy and sweet that I can eat.
