To receive the greatest cost savings at Gluten Solutions, we recommend that you order multiple items each time you shop. Our handling charge is calculated separately per order, regardless of the number of items you purchase. If you order just one item, we have to charge you for the box and packing materials that keep your order safe during delivery. If you added an additional 3 or 4 items to that same order, the handling charge would remain the same for a much lower cost per item.

Another way we help you save is by stocking all product inventory at our warehouse in advance. You don't have to pay multiple shipping charges just because you order several different brands from us. Unlike some gluten-free businesses, we do not route your order to the manufacturer for fulfillment, and we do not wait for them to send you items one at a time. That would require you to pay different shipping charges for each supplier, and you would have to wait for several individual items to arrive at separate times. You would also have to rely on several different people to make sure that your product was even in stock.

Instead, we pre-order our products from each manufacturer according to customer demand, and then custom-pack each customers order as specified. All our orders are sent from our warehouse by the next business day after receiving your order, so your order gets from our door to yours in record time. Shipping timeframes will be determined by the shipping vendor you select. We default the shipping option to the lowest cost option, depending on the total weight of your order, but you can choose any option you like.

You don't have to guess whether or not we received your order, either. We send a confirmation e-mail notifying you when we received your order, what you ordered, and what the total cost was. Then, we send another confirmation e-mail once we have actually shipped it. To top it off, you will also receive a tracking number so that you can check on the shipping status of your order.
